BECOMING A MEMBER

To become a registered user and begin taking courses, either click on the "Register" tab next to the login section, or click on the "purchase course" tab in the course catalog. You will be taken to the registration page, where you will be required to enter your personal information and set-up your account. After you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email and will then be able to login and purchase courses.

FINDING A COURSE TO BUY

To view courses that are available in your industry, click on the corresponding tab (i.e. Mortgage Originator). This will take you to the state selection page. Click on the state(s) that you are licensed in to view courses that are available. To purchase a course, select the 'purchase course" tab. You will then be taken to the registration page, or Shopping Cart if you have already registered.

LOGGING IN

To login, go to the 'Log In' section on the site and enter your e-mail address, and password you created when you registered. Once you login, you will be taken to the "Dashboard"- this is your own personal page on the website that contains all of your information. It also contains a list of courses you have purchased and are currently taking, as well as courses you have completed, and course catalog for other courses available for you to purchase.

NAVIGATING THE SITE

If you are logged in, and are in your "Dashboard" you can return to the home page at any time without being logged out. Click the link "home" and you will be taken back to the home page. To return to your course or dashboard, click the link "My Account" to return to your dashboard.

LOGGING OUT

To logout at any time, click the "logout" button of any page while you are logged in.

This privacy policy sets out how iHawk Learning Systems Inc. uses and protects any information that you give iHawk Learning Systems Inc. when you use this website.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Student Record Retention:

Student records can be accessed by contacting the administrative department at iHawk Learning Systems inc. The records are kept at the office location of iHawk Learning Systems Inc. Reports shall be kept for a period of five (5) years Students requesting information regarding previous courses taken can request a copy of this information via e-mail by logging into the site and selecting contact us. iHawk Learning Systems Inc. will process the request for past records within 72 hours upon verification of the identification of the requestor. Student records may only be requested by the student that purchased the course or the state administrator that approved and required the continuing education course for that student.

Company Refund Policy:

All internet sales are final. Once a student has logged into the course a refund will NOT be issued regardless course completion or of issuance of the Certification of Completion for the continuing education credits. We urge students to review their personal course history before purchasing a course to prevent repeating a CE course. This information can be obtained by selecting Current COURSES after logging in from the iHawk home page.
